A globally-trained Japanese private chef blending authentic Japanese <\/strong> with refined French culinary techniques<\/strong>, Mayuko Okada Picquot trained at the prestigious Yanagihara Kinsaryu Cooking School <\/strong>in Tokyo and graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu Paris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formerly with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/strong> in Paris and France representative for historic sake brewery Gekkeikan<\/strong>, she launched the first \u201cMayu\u2019s Kitchen\u201d in Paris before relocating to Hong Kong in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, she was appointed Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador<\/strong> by Japan\u2019s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, as founder of Mayu\u2019s Kitchen & Co. (Hong Kong)<\/strong>, Mayuko serves as an exclusive private chef<\/strong> to international clients and celebrities, hosts multilingual cooking workshops<\/a><\/strong> (English | French | Japanese), collaborates with top restaurants and brands, and lectures on cross-cultural gastronomy at institutions including the International Culinary Institute (Hong Kong).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
