We offer Asian healthy recipes from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. Chinese dishes include black bean sauce and seafood with winter melon, rooted in TCM principles. Japanese recipes feature fermented foods like miso and shio-koji to make grilled/steamed chicken & fish, and sushi with the technique of Bento/Lunch pack creation. Korean dishes highlight water kimchi and gochujang for BBQ and noodles. These classes help domestic helpers create wholesome Asian-inspired meal.

-Starting on 2 Sep 2025 , our workshops will introduce Chinese, Korean, & Japanese, plus Detox, Low Fat, & Gut-friendly Fermented-meals
-Schedule: 2, 9, 16, 23 Sep 2025. ( Every Tuesday)
