Healthy Summer Helper Cooking Class Sep 2025New!!

Fermented Food, Detox, Low Fat, Gut-Healthy! We offer Asian healthy recipes from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. Chinese dishes include black bean sauce and seafood with winter melon, rooted in TCM principles. Japanese recipes feature fermented foods like miso and shio-koji to make  grilled/steamed chicken & fish, and sushi with the technique of Bento/Lunch pack creation. Korean dishes highlight water kimchi and gochujang for BBQ and noodles.
