Autumn Japanese cuisine workshop: Japanese cuisine is well known as healthy, balanced, and nutritious cuisine, and is recognised as “World heritage “ in 2014. November 24th (11-24) is pronounced as 11 (Ii ), 2 (ni ) hon 4 (Shi-) Yoko”, that means 良い日本食(good Japanese food). Japanese government set up this day as cultural, educational day of Japanese cuisine. You will learn Japanese traditional balanced meal, “Ichi-ju, San-sai”(一汁三菜) and the basic etiquette at the table.
