この料理教室では、 薬膳デトックス・低脂肪・発酵食品レシピを中心に、アジアの知恵を取り入れた“体に優しいおいしさ”をご紹介します。中国・日本・韓国の料理には、体調を整え腸の健康をサポートし、脂肪分を抑えた伝統が息づいています。中国料理では、夏の薬膳や蒸し料理で内側からバランスを整え、日本料理では手作りの塩麹、味噌や漬物など発酵食品による消化サポート、韓国料理では夏に爽やか水キムチなどの自然な発酵食品が活力と健康を引き出します。

Detox, Low Fat, Gut-Healthy! Helper Cooking Class Sep 2025

Asian cuisines—Chinese, Japanese, and Korean—are deeply rooted in healthy cooking traditions that focus on detoxification, fermentation, gut health, and low-fat meals. Chinese recipes use gentle steaming and herbal & ingredients & traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principles to promote inner balance. Japanese cooking highlights fermented foods like miso, shio-koji & pickles for digestive wellness. Korean dishes feature flavorful, naturally fermented staples such as kimchi and gochujang, supporting gut health and vitality. These classes will empower domestic helpers to create wholesome meals inspired by the wisdom of  Asia.

DETAILED:
-Starting on 2 Sep 2025 , our workshops will introduce Chinese, Korean, & Japanese, plus Detox, Low Fat, & Gut-friendly Fermented-meals

-Schedule:  2, 9, 16, 23 Sep 2025. ( Every Tuesday)

-Time: 10am-1pm  Hands-on 2 to 3 hour session with the option to stay and eat, or take the food away.
-Location :  Mayu's Kitchen. & Co. ( Happy Valley )  
-Price : Package of 4 classes.  HK$ 780per class per helper  Total is HK$ 3120HKD or  Single-shot 850 HKD per class per helper)
