New spring Japanese cooking class

Spring arrived. Let's enjoy this beautiful season with healthy colorful Japanese food.

Japanese are celebrating SAKURA ( carry blossom) in this season, often, they bring Chikashi sushi, and sakura mochis and have picnics under sakura trees.

**After HK government looses the current restriction, we will be very happy to open the new class, starting 21 April 2022.

Spring Menu  

  • Aspargus Pok Roll, Honey-Teriyaki or. Nanohana- Goma Ae.
  • Chirashi Sushi, Salmon, Shio, Kinshi-Tamago
  • Sakura Tea and Sakura Crape Mochi
