Autumn Japanese cuisine workshop:

Japanese cuisine is well known as healthy, balanced, and nutritious cuisine, and is recognised as “World heritage “ in 2014. 

November 24th (11-24) is pronounced as 11 (Ii ),  2 (ni ) hon 4 (Shi-) Yoko”, that means 良い日本食(good Japanese food). Japanese government set up  this day as cultural, educational day of Japanese cuisine.

You will learn Japanese traditional balanced meal, “Ichi-ju, San-sai”(一汁三菜) and the basic etiquette at the table.

Menu:

-Shrimp Shinjo, clear soup

-Takayama-Gifu Hoba-miso grilled fish

-Kaki, shun-giku( chrysanthemum) walnut ponzu salad 

-Takikomi Mushroom rice

-Japanese style sweet potato cake

NOTE: As a chef -service, You can do this workshop at your home with your friends & families in evening or weekend.  For the information of minimum # participants or costs is  in our “chef-service “ page.

🔹Location :  Mayu's Kitchen. & Co. ( Kennedy Town)  

🔹Fees: HK$ 850 per person for group workshop or  HK$ 3000 ( for 1-3 person /private workshop )
