You are invited to..... the Twilight Temple Dinner... The ruined building has no water, no electricity, and obviously no ready-to-use kitchen... We create the kitchen, the dining, and the hall from the scratch. Then, we cast a spell on this abandoned old heritage temple. For this magical evening, it is waken from a 100-year sleep, and becomes a gorgeous fine dining restaurant with full of beautiful roses, candles, live music, and happy people with joy. Autumn Japanese cuisine workshop: Japanese cuisine is well known as healthy, balanced, and nutritious cuisine, and is recognised as “World heritage “ in 2014. November 24th (11-24) is pronounced as 11 (Ii ), 2 (ni ) hon 4 (Shi-) Yoko”, that means 良い日本食(good Japanese food). Japanese government set up this day as cultural, educational day of Japanese cuisine. You will learn Japanese traditional balanced meal, “Ichi-ju, San-sai”(一汁三菜) and the basic etiquette at the table. We will open Autumn/Winter Helper's Cooking class, starting on 1 Nov 2023! Your helper will get the confidence to cookJapanese & Western cuisines with various healthy, low-fat, high protein, vegetarian dishes with professional techniques & methods . For example, they will master Japanese ingredients & healthy family recipes, Hokkaido cuisines, less-oil & Umami intense cooking skills , and beautiful presentation of Christmas meal. Your helper will get the confidence to cook Japanese, Korean & French for your family and friends. We usually run a 1 month course that covers Asian and Western cooking at once a week. This course includes many cooking methods such as mastering Japanese basic ingredients, and healthier ways of cooking vegetables and meat. 🌹 Dangerous dinner 🌹After long & long time to be forgotten & abandoned, one of the old colonial style houses in HK enjoyed for the magical moment for this evening. As a chef for this event, it was extraordinary & challenging to make full courses meals in “ abandoned“ kitchen for those gourmet foodies. Basically, NO water, NO electricity.. NO kitchen!
