●Seard Scallot ( or seasonal Japanese fish) Yuzu, Radish, Sake-Kasu Miso
●Wagyu , red wine sauce. ( or Iberico, Black Garlic )

●Terrine Tarte Tatin, Carvados cream ( or GF yuzu cake)
