Your helpers will be the best cook,  adding our new technique  of  healthy twists (Gluten-Free, High Protein, Low Calorie, Vegan options)

Schedule: 10, 24 Feb,  &  4, 10 Mar 2026  (Every Tuesday, except 4 Mar) 
2:30hours per day,  4-day course over 4 weeks with about 20 cuisine recipes (See the menu below). 
 
Time :  10am-1pm  2 to 3 hour session.  ( Everyone tastes food in the class & can take the food away for his/her potion after tasting).  
 
Location : Mayu's Kitchen & Co in Happy Valley,  (After registration completed, we will inform you the detail address) 
 
Fees: 
1)A Package Discount of 4 lessons.  HK$ 780 per class per helper Total is HK$ 3120.  
2) Single-shot 850 HKD per class per helper

Feb 10(Tue) : Lesson 1: Sushi Party!

NOTE: (V* GF*)  These dishes are naturally GF. Sushi uses seafoods, but can be very friendly to a vegetarian diet, and gluten-free diet, if you use only vegetarian toppings and GF soy sauce.

Feb 24(Tue): Lesson 2: Osaka Favorites + Healthy Transformations 
-Takoyaki  (GF + extra protein– Cut-Takoyaki: no takoyaki machine required!)

-Homemade Takoyaki Sauce
-Vegan Creamy Mayo (GF, half calories, +protein)
-Agedashi-Tofu (GF, non-deep-fried)

4 Mar(Wed): Lesson 3: Loved Spanish Flavors

-Basque Burnt Cheesecake (GF V)
