We create the kitchen, the dining, and the hall from the scratch. Then, we cast a spell on this abandoned old heritage temple. For this magical evening, it is waken from a 100-year sleep, and becomes a gorgeous fine dining restaurant with full of beautiful roses, candles, live music, and happy people with joy. 🌹 Dangerous dinner 🌹After long & long time to be forgotten & abandoned, one of the old colonial style houses in HK enjoyed for the magical moment for this evening. As a chef for this event, it was extraordinary & challenging to make full courses meals in “ abandoned“ kitchen for those gourmet foodies. Basically, NO water, NO electricity.. NO kitchen! So, we had to build it just for this occasion. But, it became my unforgettable beautiful experience.
