Helper Cooking Class April 2024

We will open a NEW Domestic Helper's Cooking class, starting on 3 April  2024!  

Your helper will get the confidence to cook Japanese & Western cuisine & Bread Makingfor your family and friends. We usually  run a 1 month course that covers  Asian and Western cooking  at once a week.  This course includes many cooking methods such as  mastering Japanese basic ingredients, and healthier ways of cooking vegetables and meat. In each class, the helpers create a  4 to 6  different dishes with their own hands

Cooking Class is Starting, 3 April 2024  every Wednesday,  2 to 3 hours per day,  4-day course over  4 weeks , + 20 recipes (See the menu below). 

Schedule:  3 ,19, 17, 24 April 2024. ( Every Wednesday) 

Time: 10:00am-12:30pm  Hands-on 2 to 3 hour session with the option to stay and eat, or take the food away.  

Location :  Mayu's Kitchen. & Co. ( Kennedy Town / near MTR HKU )  

Fees: Package of 4 classes.  HK$ 750per class per helper  Total is HK$ 3000HKD or  Single-shot 830 HKD per class per helper)

10 April - Class 2:  Delightful of Sushi for home cooking 
-Friendly Sushi toppings  for No raw fish, GF, Vegan, & Vegetarian
-Homemade Sushi rice & Sushi vinegar (V) 
-Beef or Pork Sushi
-Cake Sushi  
-Salmon Flakes
-Yuzu (or Lemon) Lotus 
-Iri-Soboro Tamago ( Japanese Scrambled Egg)
- Master of Basic Japanese Ingredients & Condiments. ((Varieties of rice, vinegar, soy sauce, varieties of seaweeds & etc)

17 April  – Class 3:  Western Style Japanese Cuisine 
-Omu-Rice  ( Tomato & Chicken rice  wrapped with egg crepe) 
-Fresh Sweet Corn Soup (V)
-Coleslaw with  Sesame -dressing 
-Fluffy  & Jiggly Cheese Cake 
-Beloved Japanese cuisine that influenced western cuisine 
-Usage of egg functions  in various cooking.

24 April – Class 4: Basic Bread  Making 
-The Easiest Focaccia (*V)
