Helper Cooking Class Mar 2025:

Fresh start of "Spring Detox" in your daily diet!

Starting on 3 March 2025 , our workshops will introduce Detoxing & Nutritious easy recipes of Japanese & Western cuisines. It includes the taste of Zen & vegan-bento & plant based healthy meals. ( See the menu below) 

Helper's Cooking Class starts on 3 March Monday 10am. then every Monday, 2 to 3 hours per day,  4-day course over  4 weeks , +20 recipes (See the menu below).

Schedule:  3, 10, 17, 24 Mar 2025. ( Every Monday)

Time: 10am-1pm  Hands-on 2 to 3 hour session with the option to stay and eat, or take the food away.  

Location :  Mayu's Kitchen. & Co. ( Kennedy Town / near MTR HKU )  

Fees: Package of 4 classes.  HK$ 750per class per helper  Total is HK$ 3000HKD or  Single-shot 830 HKD per class per helper)

17 Mar  - Class3 : French way of Healthy Diet
